This project was a fast-track COVID-19 test manufacturing space in an existing building. Over 20,000 square feet of space was fitted out in 4 months. Total cost was $957,286.00; it included new panel boards, auto transfer switch, generator, feeders, lighting and lighting controls and equipment wiring.
