Theaterworks is a non–profit, professional theater company. This project was a complete demo- removal of all existing materials. The theater is located in downtown Hartford. The theater, café, and restrooms are actually in the basement – below street level – on Pearl Street. It seats 195 people. The renovation was completed in 6 months and the electrical cost was $914,000.00.
